ICAT is a leading provider of property insurance to businesses and residential property owners located in hurricane and earthquake exposed regions of the United States.

We are Underwriters at Lloyd's of London (ICAT Syndicate 4242), and we underwrite on behalf of other insurance companies. We also provide administrative services to Florida’s Citizens Property Insurance Corporation for their commercial non-residential program. Our Boulder Claims unit is the third-party claims administrator for the Mississippi Windstorm Underwriting Association.

ICAT delivers quality security, stability and significant capacity to the insurance market to underwrite catastrophe risk. Our purpose is to assist businesses and people to recover from natural disasters and to provide best-of-market products and services to our policyholders, agents and brokers.

ICAT is the Service Provider responsible for all policy administration functions for Citizens' Commercial Inland Wind program. This Program provides Wind/Hail-only coverage to commercial non-residential insureds outside of the High Risk Account (HRA) areas of Florida.
