Alan B. Litner

Mr. Litner has over twenty five years of experience in insurance and reinsurance with focus on transactional and regulatory issues for insurance and other corporate clients. Prior to joining ICAT, Mr. Litner was a partner at Felcher, Fox and Litner where he was the lead partner on a wide variety of corporate and regulatory insurance matters, including formation of insurance vehicles, business planning, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Litner began his legal career as a Vice President at AIG working in the new product development and financial guaranty business.

Mr. Litner holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Boston University School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Litner is responsible for all legal and regulatory matters, including company policy, contracts policy forms, trademarks, intellectual property and employment law. He is responsible for advising management on corporate governance issues, State and Federal requirements and legal trends related to the company's current and planned operations.
