Carie Ferdani
  Chief of Staff, Underwriting Group

Ms. Ferdani has over fourteen years of project and program management experience, executing complex initiatives across highly matrixed organizations. Prior to ICAT, she served as a Program Manager for GMAC-Rescap where she was recognized and rewarded for exceptional leadership and quality commitment. As the Underwriting Chief of Staff Ms. Ferdani plans and directs all administrative and operational activities for the Chief Underwriting Officer/Active Underwriter and the Underwriting group, and provides oversight and guidance to management on projects of high importance. As the Director, Underwriting Operations, Ms. Ferdani is accountable for front and back-end underwriting operational functions.

Ms. Ferdani holds a Bachelors of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from Creighton University and a Masters of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She also holds her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
