Derek A. Cochems

Mr. Cochems has ten years of financial/accounting experience in the insurance industry. He was the Group Controller for Royal & SunAlliance/DPIC Companies in Monterey, California, where he managed the accounting operations of DPIC Companies and Grocers Insurance Company. Prior to that, Mr. Cochems was the Manager of Strategic Planning for Ruiz Food Products, and he was an Auditor for Ernst & Young.

Mr. Cochems holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting from California State University, Bakersfield.

Mr. Cochems is responsible for all of ICAT's financial reporting and operations.
